الدكتور سألني في خطوات الـ cholecystectomy بالتفصيل الممل متنساش تبدأ الاول بالـ time of presentation .. لو اكتر من 48 ساعة او أقل من 48 ساعة عشان كنت نسيتها ودخلت على العملية على طول واتضايق .. هيقولك وليه بنأخره لو كان أكتر من 48 ساعة كان عايز يسمع أهم حاجة الـ adhesions ودي صعبة في تسليكها وممكن تعور الكبد أو ال CBD سال ايه اللي ممكن يعمل biliary leakage .. تعور الـ CBD or duodenum or liver itself وكان فيه اسباب تانية هو قالها مش فاكراها .. سأل كمان على الـ complications بالتفصيل الممل ..كل كلمة بيناقش فيها .. وسأل ليه ممكن العيبانة تصفر فجأة بعد العملية ..دي هتكون إجابتها missed stone أو تربط الـ CBD بالغلط في العملية ــــــــــــــالأسئلة بتاع صحبتي خلاها تختار سؤال فاختارت ال sutures والـwoundsٍسألهاانواع الخيوط بتاع الsutures و .. مقاساتها وايه أرفع وايه اتخن وامتى بتستخدم الرفيع وامتى بتستخدم التخين .. سألها أنواع الـ sutures ولو عندك tendon هتخيطيه ازي .. هتقوله zigzag sutures ايه الفرق بين absorbable and non-absorbable الورقة بتاعتها كان فيها thyroidectomy كمان بس هي اختارت الـ sutures كانت بتحسبها سهلة وقالها الجراح المفروض يكون شاطر ويعرف ياخد قرار في انه يختار أسهل تكنيك وانتي كان المفروض تختاري أكتر جزء تعرفي تحلي فيه .. بس كدة
